Beyoncé ended the year, in celebration of the one year anniversary of her self titled visual album "Beyoncé" in true Beyoncé fashion. KING BEY reflects on life, love, happiness, family, fame, and being a feminist in betwixt touching cameos by Jay Z, Blue Ivy, and Solange, to name a few.
As I watched the film, encased in the growing rapture that Beyoncé entombs us within using the very essence of herself, I felt not only a connection to the person she exudes but an even greater connection to MYSELF. How does she do that? Bring forth the greatness that may (or may not, semantics really) be buried deep within a person and unsheathe it so that you become the best version of yourself? All without ever even meeting her. Just wow.
If you have not partaken in this blessing bestowed upon us from the lips of the MOST HIGH, Beysus, herself, then click, watch, consume, and bask in the glory as it is rained down upon us from the Heavens.
